Hi!
I have updated my Kemper to Fw 3.1.4, and it all seems to work flawless. I have one "problem" though. Once in a while, about every 30 seconds, the LED lights on row 1 (1-5) flashes on the Remote. It don´t affect the sound, but I do have second thoughts about gigging with this anomalies. Anyone with the same "problem"?

Mine does the same and the midi clock out is not working like before. Hopefully they sort it out soon?

I noticed earlier today that one of the leds on a stomp was doing the same as described above. Flashes brighter, then back to normal. Happens every 30 seconds to a minute. Had not noticed this prior to 3.1.4. So far only noticed this on one stomp.
-
I gigged 3.1.4 last nite and I can't say I noticed this behaviour, I'll check again at tonite gig
-
I also have these random flashes on the fx button lights on the remote.
im on the latest beta which has now been elevated to release.
-
Gigged it again tonite and no sign of flashing LED's at all I played over 4 hours with this new update and remote connected and no issue like you described above has happened can you film it and post it here so we can see
-
Not sure what this will accomplish as I'm sure that most folks know what a flashing LED looks like. Unless you didn't believe those of us that posted on this issue?????https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RcrnKz2WAV8&feature=youtu.be

Edit: To help Kemper, it happens in both Performance mode and Browser mode. 2nd video has all FX slots loaded and turned on.

got the same "problem" than awainwright since 3.1.4
-
@alwainwright a video is always good to see what you mean exactly. Eg Are they constantly flashing etc but now I know exactly what to look for. I can say the past 2 gigs I've done I've not seen my remote behave like that
-
Same Problem here, too. I giged last night with 3.1.4 and noticed this behaviour.
I've also got a notion that the Tap-Light does not flash regular. -
I have also noticed the same thing. First I though it was my eyes or something, but YES the leds is flashes randomly once in a while.
-
You guys have made me get paranoid now I'm getting my gear out and checking this !!!!!
-
I have also a problem setting the Tap tempo from my Remote. Tempo does not change with ordinary tap input, or with the new feature "hold and release". And the Tap light does not flash regular.
Roger -
Ive just hooked my remote up in the studio and I can now confirm my LED's flash also.
-
Raoul: can you set the tap tempo on delays? My tempo delay will not change if I tap on the Remote or the Profiler..
-
Timo mentioned in another thread where someone had this issue that they are sorting it. I will try the tap tempo thing tomorrow when I'm back in the studio and report back
-
Tap tempo works flawlessly on my test setup running 3.1.4.
-
the reported LED flashing is caused by a software issue and will be fixed in upcoming software version

What exactly do you mean with the MIDI clock out is not working like before? I just tested it and MIDI clock is transmitted with no problem to external devices in 3.1.4 on my Profiler. Please describe the behaviour you are experiencing in more detail, preferably in an email that you send to support@kemper-amps.com -
When I set midi clock out it changes the stored tempo of my rigs to a bpm that is not the stored tempo and I have not tapped in a new tempo. Before my rigs would keep their stored bpm until I tapped a different tempo on the remote. I will send this to support also
