I agree in general, but this will be in Mk. II carnations earliest. -

RJ45 in KPA has one advantage- if someone pull the cable its a chance that KPA will not hit the floor:)

I'm using a Ethercon feedthrough on a blank rack plate so the RJ45 is permanently attached behind to the rear of the rack. Saves having to muck around plugging stuff in around the back of my rack too at each gig.

I was going to get a rear rack panel/interface made. That is good thinking mike. Problem solved.....

Me too.
Unfortunately thats not a practical solution for the head owners. But in this case i would tie the cable around a 4x12 handle or something else nearby to avoid dragging the unit to the ground accidentialy. -
I always fix any cables to the cab handle, never can be too careful.
