##SOLVED## (Thanks guys!!) Cannot upload new 'merged profiles' to KPA 2.8.0

Hi guys

I've upgraded my KPA to 2.8.0 and followed the instructions to 'Activate the new Profiling', but whenever I try to use Rig Manager to upload a 'merged' profile, I get the following error message:

I've checked to make sure the 2.8.0 update had been successfully installed:

As I said, I've followed the instructions in the PDF I downloaded - "After installation go to page 8 in the System Menu and press soft button 4 - once illuminated, the new format is active" but I'm obviously doing something wrong

I've gone to page 8 in the System Menu:

And then pushed Soft Button 4, which lights up:
