The way I do it is right click them in the rig manager and copy them, and then paste them on my network storage.
Probably not the approved method but works for me 
I don't store anything on my profiler since RM was released. I have all my profiles divided into Manufacturers and then decided into Amp modals. When I have bands in to record once they have picked their profiles they want to use I make a folder in RM and save the profiles they picked to that folder this allows me to save time when they come back next time
