I own 2 Marshall heads and use to use them with a Marshall 2.12 or 4x12 cab, I still love the tone of those amps but have not used them since getting the KPA. I do still play them from time to time and I would not part with them, I still think they are fun to use and have had many guitarists come up to me and tell me they like the tone. Sometime I may pull it out for a gig but having too much fun with the KPA now. Just last week we were playing and another guitar player came up to me and asked what is that your playing out of? It has such a big sound. Amp modelers are still a minority, personally I like both but the KPA can model many different tones to meet a wide variety of needs in a single unit.
Are your old amps collecting dust?

Oh, hellz no!
My Mesa Mark V and mid 60s JTM-45 aren't going ANYWHERE and get used when I have the stage room. -
My Mesa RA-100 2X12 combo (boat anchor), Mesa Express 5:50+, and Marshall DSL40, as well as some other smaller amps (Super Champ X2 combo, some homebuilts...) don't get much love anymore. Have the RA-100 up for sale, as a matter of fact.
FWIW, I used my Kemper at an audition where the the band all rehearses in headphones, used mostly the MBritt profiles (killer!), they were all blown away, the bass player came running over when we were done to see what the heck I was using, I guess the previous guitar guy used a Pod or something...

I still use both the Kemper and tube amps and just ordered a Jackson Ampworks Britain 30 with a 1 X 12 cab...which I hope to profile when it arrives

Finally got around to finishing profiling the Seymour Duncan Convertible 100.
In the rig exchange under "Convertible". -

Hehe, you're clearly too young, son!
Was beginning of the 80’s I think. -

LOL I'm much older than Raoul but when I first saw that "Seymour Duncan" in RE's database I thought of a mistaken tagging

My JTM 45, Soldano Hot Rod 50 & 67 Bassman will probably never leave me, but I do have a few other amps that I will let go. The KPA is looking like the answer to all my recording & live situations. Only had this thing for a short time, but between Michael Britt & TAF I have everything I need!
