Eleven Rack propably routes all the incoming signals always throuhg the RIG processing.
spdif in - Rig processing - outputs
Pure signal conversion from spdif to usb or to analog might not be possible ?

Like I said, way more trouble than worth when you can sell it for profit and get a simpler interface
I should have my Scarlett 6i6 this coming Tuesday. Hopefully this will solve my issues. I've been playing the KPA on its own and I also managed to profile a couple of my amps. I love this thing!

Would like to hear if your issue gets resolved with the new interface.
Yes I'm curious too!

You and me both. It's killing me not to be able to make clips right now.
Do you perchance have the Headphone Space option enabled in the Kemper's Output Settings?
Headphone Space (or Space, as it used to be called) adds a very nice 3D-quality to the sound when you're listening through headphones. It has a its own parameter knob somewhere in Output Settings. Also in Output Settings, there's a checkbox for Headphone Space which determines whether or not the effect is only sent to the headphones output. If this box is checked, that would explain why you only hear it when listening through headphones directly plugged into the Kemper's own headphone jack.
I've noticed myself, in similar circumstances (headphones plugged into audio interface for monitoring versus plugged directly into the Kemper), that the difference can be quite jarring.
If this is your problem, there's good news too. While the Space effect was originally intended for headphone use only (to help against "headphone fatigue" by simulating a listening room, making the experience more like listening without headphones), so many people liked it that it is also available for your other outputs. You could simply uncheck the "headphone space" checkbox so that the effect it is no longer exclusively sent to the headphones. Alternatively, you can find it as a regular effect in your effects chain.
Disclaimer: I'm not with my Kemper right now so this is from memory. Correct me if I'm wrong about anything.
Ok so the Focusrite Scarlett 6i6 came. I hooked it up and got it working. The results are a lot better than with the Eleven Rack. Here's a quick clip of my Splawn QR that I profiled this weekened
Can't compare it with the original amp, but sounds real to me
Glad to hear you're making progress!
