Hey Guys,
I'm in the awkward position with only a guitar and several tunings.
I was thinking of something like the Morpheus Drop Tune and wanted to ask if this can be done with the Kemper and if that works well for chords.
So long, Rock on!

Yeah, transpose works quite well on the KPA (as long as its 1-4 steps...)
What kind of setting i must select to tune my guitar 1 Step down.
I mean from a standard E tuning to an D tuning.
Put Transpose in slot A. Select -2 ... done. You can also try to use the pitch shifter for that, it even has more options like formant shift - but I use transpose all the time - works very good for me - make sure to check the "Smooth Chords" option (or something like that - don't have the KPA with me at work .... :P)
Transpose. If you're playing chords, then smooth chords, but I think that adds a little latency. Might want to turn off smooth chords when soloing, perhaps by switching to another performance with similar transpose settings and smooth chords off.

this is actually 2 (half)steps down, or one whole step.
pitchshifters usually display the interval in half steps (therefore E to D is -2) or in case of our Harmonic Pitch in intervals (for exsample +3rd, +4th,... + 1 Octave etc.)
Thank you very mutch!!!
That will work for me!!
My band plays a Nickelback track which is drop B tuning, All i do is drop the E-D on the guitar then load my patch up which has a transpose set to -3 in the B stomp slot and its sounds kick arse !!! really heavy and meaty
