You could find that yamaha DXR series offers good stuff for the money, but ATM nothing beats the CLR below the 2-3,000 $ threshold in terms of sound reproduction.

That's not what he's saying, they are used for two different setups.
Powered monitors (with full freq range for music) and guitar cabs (with limited freq range) are two different things.
If you prefer to play through a monitor full range system (with kemper cabs on) then it's often good to get a monitor speaker with a built in power amp, because it's optimized for that speaker. The CLR is one of many great full range powered monitors for those who prefer to play this way. The same goes for smaller studio monitors.If you prefer to play through a traditional guitar cab speaker (with kemper cabs off) then you need a power amp.
Either get a kemper with built in power amp or use any other power amp you prefer.Thank you. That's what i wanted to say.
