Yes, your monitors are probably placed in the worst possible spot in the whole room.
+1 for Ingolf's suggestion, place them far from that wall! They don't have to be on the side of the Profiler. Also, placing them higher (at your ears' hight) will give you more mid-highs/highs definition.
Use longer cables and place them at the sides of your keyboard, but not against the wall.
One thing you can do immediately is to place them on the keyboard to make a test. And don't forget to run than sinusoid sweep!

Hello everybody , here's an update!
I've recieved my Eris8 today , I kept your advices and set my stuff like that :

Is it better?
I had time to try it for 1 hour and it sounds way better, more dynamics and definition. Playing with a backing track dosen't sound messy anymore.
But couldn't try high tweaking for the moment.. Very tired.
I'll probably kept them and sell my M-Audio.

Well, to be certain of having actually bought something better, try your old monitors with the same placement... and listen to the differences
Also, it might be worth trying and moving the stands here and there, above all with respect to the back wall and the brick one I see in the picture, and hear how things change.

But all in all the new placement actually must be better than the old one.
