KPA connect to Apollo UAD

hello all

i get an apollo uad 2 and i work with Protools.

please : What's the best connect kemper/apollo ?

i begin from KPA with a connection : main ouput (jack left /right) to apollo Line input(5-6) so i create 2 pists mono in protools BUT in this cas i get sound but the faders of protools are inactiv ,......
i'm afraid try an other connection ......

Hey Paulo, welcome

The connections between the Profiler and the board seem correct, since you get sound.
The problem seem to lay way down such connections, I've no experience with ProTools tho.

Hi Paulo.
I work with ProTools but with a different board (I have a M-Audio Firewire 1814).
I connect the KPA to a mixer (channel 1 and 2) and from there to the inputs of the soundboard.The faders of ProTools are active and work perfectly.
I don't know if this helps you and if you have a mixer to try that way.
However, don't be afraid of experimenting other connections. Pay attention only if you have the Power Head KPA. Obviously, in that case you can't connect the speaker output to the apollo uad 2.

no i have KPA without power head ...

maybe in SPDIF is better .
