Issues with my Kemper!!!

    Hello everyone, I've been having some issues with my Kemper. I just bought it less than a month ago and I've been getting issues when plugging into a PA. Every now and then, I'll plug into the system and the effects are WAYY louder than the actual guitar signal. Usually a restart or swapping from the main outs to either headphones or monitor out fixes the issue. I'm not sure if the effects are boosted or if the guitar signal is actually losing gain but yesterday it I couldn't make it go away and had to cancel a recording session.

    Since I've just dropped $2000 on an amp that isnt working right, I'm pretty freaked out. Any help would be absolutely awesome! I'd hate to have to send this thing back to germany for repairs.

    Check the different volume settings on the "Output" pages. And open a support ticket describe the issue in detail, attach a backup of your profiler. Probably attach two backups, one when it's "okay" and one then it's "not okay".

    I realize this, Timo. OTOH, it has unexpectedly helped a lot of people for the most different issues in the years. I too experienced some issues (noise in the rigs), when I first got my unit, which just disappeared with a system reset.
    Since we don't know the exact cause of issues most of the time, we use what we have. Sometimes it's even hard to just wait for you guys to respond to help requests... specially if you have just received a Profiler :)
