If I were to buy a serious professional looper, that would be one of the basic requirements.

I have not my uno4kemper board at hand. I solved some of the problems with eurekaprom board status info by reinitialising the FC1010 to kemper mode.

This bug existed a long time. If this is your issue, a downgrade won't help. But installing the next firmware (3.0.1) will help.
What is the ETA for 3.01 ?

Rigol it is. Nice to take a look at the signals sometimes

I did a complete reset for the FCB1010 with Eureka chip, voila, works with Midi OUT now. Midi Through doesn't work the same way. Some kind of initialisation problem. I can see that some of the stomp box leds are lid up for a second erroneously in the FCB1010. Also the led status update in FCB1010 is sometime very slow, up to two seconds.
Update for Eureka needed or something need to be fixed in KP ?

Both Uno4kemper and Eurekaprom works fine for contlolling the KPA. No eventsare sent back through the Midi OUT/THrough if I make changes with KPA buttons ...

In my case it does not send anything else than "Active sensing". Tried with two FCB1010 boards, one with Uno4kemper and one with EurekaProm.

Timo, any comments about the output of KPA ?

Tested the system by connecting the Midi Out and Midi Thorugh to PC and using Midi Ox,
Midi Out seems to send only "Active Sensing"messages only . I found no outcoming messages in Midi Through port.

Omni and Channel 1 works for controlling KPA 3.0 with my FCB1010 equipped with Eureka Prom.

I have the same problem with 3.0 and FCB1010. When I switch effects on/off with kemper buttons the state is not returned back to FCB1010.
I can use FCB1010 to control the KPA with Midi Global Channel Omni and Channel 1.
FCB1010 is connected with two cables One in Midi IN and other in Midi OUT.
In system menu / Perform mode menu I have assigned the Midi Device A to use Midi Out port and tested all the channels, no go.
Need to check some additional new settings in KPA.Is it possible that KPA no more sends CC messages about it's state changes ? RTFM
Here is all that is mentioned in 3.0 release notes:
"MIDI commands can be triggered and transmitted to up to two external devices, whenever a Slot is loaded
in Performance Mode. Select “MIDI Settings” on page “Slot Settings” and select the MIDI program change
numbers associated with Slots of current Performance. In System menu, navigate to page “Perform Mode:
MIDI”, and use soft knobs 1 and 2 to assign a MIDI channel to each of the external devices. Use soft buttons
1 and 2 to determine whether the corresponding external devices are connected to MIDI OUT or MIDI
THRU. For your convenience you could also assign logical names to those two external devices.
"Nothing about the changed CC behaviour...
I'll connect my KPA Midi OUT to PC and check this later with Midi OX

I tried 4 different USB sticks to update from Beta 2.8 to Beta 3.0. No go. Not even a menu for "External Device"
Rack model without Power Amp.
The booting the machine with both Page´buttons pressed did the trick. Kaos.bin in root directory of the stick.
Now I can use all the four sticks for backups also.
