I like it… Any chance of grabbing the settings?
The fx settings?

Try magic cab from 2020 pack. For live use with band with strat like guitars, I didn't find anything better and I tried millions cabs and profile's. The louder the better it sounds. I hate harsh and piercing trebly guitar tones with awful amounts of bass! And 99% of profiles loud through all kinds of crap PA systems qnd weird room's sound like shit! And you have to EQ it like crazy. Don't lock the cab. It pick's up all kinds of DNA thing's from profiles when you try different one's.. save then etc..
Also try Josh Myers 🫡 performance from TJ free pack with magic cab from 2020 MB. With single coils you can tweak it to you likeing. I'S TWEAKED FOR LIVE LOUD and not for home recording! TJ profile's with Mbritt cabs work nice..
Where can I find this magic cab?

If I record at home, different Ir's work for me. But I notice for live use I get the best results using the same IR across all of my patches. Seems that the sounds are more in the same range. Even the same IR on clean or drive sounds.
Anyone else does/notice this?

For anyone who is interested, I decided to record all the guitar parts using only the Kemper. Bass and drums are stem files....

I've been experimenting trying to make a Bradshaw style rack rig.
Making the FX be in parallel WDW with the main guitar tone makes for great clarity and an unmolested guitar tone. Running multiple (old) rack units in serial fashion like a pedal board can make for a noisy / muddled sound. I've partly replicated the diagram below with a Helix, 2x patch bays and a line mixer. And alot of cables.
Bobs rack's (and controllers) would have been a revelation.
It would be great to create these parallel fx in the kemper

Here a YouTube version of the fx settings...

Late to the party. But check my video. I tried to cop the sounds from tales of the bulge...

Boy, I remember those big rack days. Don’t miss the weight 😩
I had a small rack too. Loved the sounds from it

Then I would use my smartphone, take a few pictures of the relevant pedal and output eq settings of the Rack and simply reenter those after the restore. That could be done in less than a minute.
I just did that yesterday. Thx

I used the bogner ecstasy pack from boutiquetones

What is "rack type"? You mean tones with numerous effects? I'm still a newbie to all this stuff.
Yeah it's exactly that. Lots of compression, chorus, pitch de tune, delays and reverb

Creating some rack type sounds with my Kemper. This is the song "I don't care" by Michael Landau from the Tales of the bulge album.

Sounds great. Care to share? Thanks
They are made with commercial profile amps

Just make a Backup of the Stage and restore this on the Rack. But be careful, the rigs/ performances on the Rack will be overwritten.
I know, but some pedal settings are different than on my stage. So every time I do a restore, I have to find those settings and set them right again. Also global eq is different at home or in stage

Will we ever get a full working rig manager on tablet. Including all the rigs, performances and presets like the pc version?
-
Absolutely. When you plug in the USB you will be prompted on what you want to export (transfer) into the Kemper
So I looked at this. I could only find export rigs. But I actually need export performance s. Or is that included?
