May I offer a word of caution at this point?
It seems like you have already spent, and continue spending a lot of time on this issue.
If you are genuinely enjoying the process, please keep going!
Otherwise, you may consider switching the Kemper for an amp sim in your DAW, a modeling amp or a "real" amp for a couple of weeks. Or just play and/or record some acoustic guitar?
This might help you get your ears and brain get "unstuck" from the frequencies that bother you with the Kemper now. Or maybe even alert you to the fact that the same frequencies are present in real amps and amp simulations as well.
A lot of times, what seems to be very unpleasant parts of the guitar tone on its own, helps it to sound really good when mixed with other instruments. A lot of Kemper Profiles, especially professional ones done by recording engineers, are not meant to be listened to on their own, but in a band context!
And if unpleasant frequencies don't help, they are routinely EQ'ed out of the guitar signal in the mixing stage.

Solved for me as well.
Thank you, Team Kemper!

Unfortunately, the problem persists after updating to 10.1.1.
With the Kemper connected, the Macbook doesn't see any connection to any of its USB ports.
Kemper support is actively trying to help, thank you for that!

Never mind, all done!

What's the best way to contact support?

Same here with a MacBook Air with M2 Chip.

I like to mix it up on here.
Don't you think there is enough "mixing up" going on everywhere else already?

I had a similar problem connecting a Stage to the latest generation MacBook Air with the M2 chip. With Rig Manager open, it didn‘t find the Stage connected via USB.
Turned out there is a security feature in MacOS restricting new USB connections by default. When connecting a new peripheral, like the Stage, there is supposed to be a popup window asking if the connection should be allowed. That window, however, was just visible for a fraction of a second and then disappeared, so that the connection stayed blocked.
The solution is to go to Settings -> Security and privacy -> „Allow connection of accessories“ (or something similar, I’m using a German MacOS) and set that to „always“.
If it still has trouble connecting, try to connect the USB cable to your Mac first and to the Kemper second. For some reason, that seems to help. May be coincidence, though.
I’m not sure we’re having the same problem, but hopefully it helps You to sort yours out. And maybe other people con profit as well.
