This thread seems dead, but I think it's a great idea to share this kind of info!
As I'm a noob to KPA and this forum,I might be missing something, but why is such a nice thread obsolete?
btw. I can't seem to find that CREAM JTA45 profie by Geraldo (I can't find the guy either) in the rig exchange... Do u guys know where could I get it?
Thanks in advance!!!
That rig doesn't appear on the exchange anymore. Here's a copy of it that I had saved some time ago. It's probably been modified somewhat, as I had renamed it with my ZAP prefix to differentiate it from the original.

Wow, thanks a lot for that, Zappledan! I really appreciate that!
I'll load and test the profile afterwards! I'm sure it sounds really nice, thanks again!

That's weird! Today I was on RM 1.3.2 and found the rig. Then I upgraded to 1.3.5 and it was gone...

You're welcome. I have no idea whether it's a good rig or not, as it was in an archive from long ago, and hasn't been on my lunchbox for ages ... -
I tried something like this some time ago. Somehow it never really caught on.
Profiles Elite (Non Commercial)I'd be real cool to have someone establish a standard thread like this and then make it a "sticky"
That way, anyone (either new or veterans alike) could chime into a central location to access and learn about our all-time favorites.

Yeah, I'm very surprised there is nothing like that and up-to-date

That Morgan Ac20 is really the best so far...:)
For clean/crunchy sounds i really love "Davoli jazzy strat" (second best!! ) as well as the "Pop Prince", "TAF Bit Twin" and "65 Deluxe Reverb TD" profiles...for rock /metal i always come back to "TAF - Van Halen" and i also just discovered "Youthanasia", which is exactly that, the guitar tone off of that Megadeth album....its a lot of fun!!

There is one profile just as good as the Morgan AC20:
Kay Model 703 1962 by Ruppert
Try this with a Les Paul!!! Back of some gain for some awesome clean to mild breakup tones. Also works very well with single coils. With my LP its almost Bonamassa... PAF tones, (whatever that means!?)
If I had to pick only two... Theese would be the ones over all the purchased profiles.
thank you for recommending that one!! its fantastic !! (EDIT this might become my go-to profile, after a few tries....of you take a bit of gain away, it sounds AMAZING!!!! )
