I got it to work once, but the app is just "searching for profiler"
Bluetooth shows connected on both phone and player
Tried restart, forget and re-connect... nothing is working
Any ideas?

I've had similar issues before. I ended up using "forgot network" on my phone and. IPad the. Re pairing them and everything now works fine. It seems to be an issue with the phone trying to automatically connect to know network but in my case it couldn't decide which one to connect to.
