"bass" knob defect

Hey Guys

One of my knobs, is loosing it´s mind.

It keeps changing the values all the time. And doesn´t respond to my turning it.

Huge problem, as it changes eq levels in the middle of playing.

And the main volume, in the output section cant be dialed in.

Anyone else experienced this?

That sounds really annoying. Also sounds like an issue for Kemper Support. Is it within warranty?

Thanks a lot guyz. I´m in the process of shipping it for repair.

It´s one 360 degree knob that needs changing.
