Problems with DLY channels

    Hello Kemper users, are you having a good day?
    i need your help

    Are you aware of an issue where the delay channel does not work even if it is activated in a specific RIg?

    For other channels it works fine without any issues.

    Setting the correct voltage and rebooting does not solve the problem.

    Hey and welcome, I assume when you say channels you mean the effects block?

    If this is the case I would have a look at the parameters and look to see what the mix is set, obviously zero would describe your problem.
