Reverb and Delay

    I have had the kemper profile stage for a few months and although I am delighted with it, I have a doubt that I can't solve, I'll explain it;

    I use several rigs in which I have a chain of effects including reverb and delay, these are placed at the end of the chain just before the output, when I'm with headphones directly to the Kemper, no problem all the effects are heard perfectly, the problem I can not solve is when the kemper connect it to an audio interface (Scarlet focusrite 2i4) or by PA, I can not get both the reverb and delay sound, all other effects without problems, I have fiddled with the output but nothing I can not get.

    check your output source settings in the output menu for the outputs that you are using for monitoring. Only the output source Master Mono or Master Stereo will include all of the effects. If you have selected Mod Stereo or Mod mono you only get the X and MOD effects.
