If you are asking for confirmation. Then yes, it will work fine. It won’t give the full benefit of the profiler as every rig will have the same speaker (your guitar cabinet) which is a massive part of the overall tone. Also, you will effectively have the sound of two power amps running into each other which will obviously change the tone from the original profiled sound. Depending on the valve amp you run into this might be very slight or pretty extreme and it may be an ‘improvement’ or problem depending on your personal taste.
If using it with a valve amp it is always best to run into the FX retun or power amp in of the amp to avoid the added colouring of the preamp.
I would also just run the Monitor Out of the Kemper into the valve amp rather than the main outs. I would leave the Cabinet section of the rig on which lets you plug into a PA or recordings device and still get the full glorious profile. Instead of turning the Cabinet section of the rig off just tick Monitor Cab Off in the Output Menu. This will turn off the cabinet only on the monitor out globally for all rigs and performances.
