I hate the tone prints. They sound brittle and buzzy with high gain settings. Any ideas?

What are Tone Prints?
Do you mean the Speaker Imprints?
If so, are you using them with the Kemper Kone? They are specifically designed to work with the frequency response of the Kone and won’t sound right with any other speaker.
What speaker cabinet are you using them in? A small 1 x 12 cab will never sound like a 4 x 12. Most high gain players rely on the phase cancellations between the 4 speakers on a 4 x 12 to create some of the characteristic sound which really affects the high frequencies and smooths them out. A single speaker won’t do this so might sound brighter and more direct.
Having said that, I use mine regularly and have never found them to sound brittle or buzzy. -
I'm not sure what you mean exactly, but it has to be something to do with the way you've got it set up.

How are you listening to the guitar? Studio Monitors, Kabinet? At higher volume and signal output? Inside a mix?
