Unit worked fine the previous day. Today I turn it on and get this message which repeats the same function over and over. I have a message into support but wonder if anyone has had this issue and how it was resolved. Will I have to send it away to be fixed? Buy a new one? or is it something I can do myself? Unfortunately, this is my main amp - so I will have to make a decision soon as to how to proceed.

Contact Support straight away and they will tell you what to do.

Looks like it may be a hardware issue. I'll have to send it to the USA service center at Colorado, with a couple weeks turn around. I can say that the guys at Kemper were very prompt! I'll update once this gets moving, as I'm waiting for a RA number and shipping instructions.

i got the same issue 10 months ago. Device was sent to the customer service and came back quick and without problems.
Today evening i got again the same issue....sad story i am speechless , support has been contacted again....i hope to get feedbacks from them very soon.
