i knoiw it's a guitar cab but just wondering if i risk blowing it if i play bass through it. I don't want to play at loud volumes, only at home .. but you know how it is, one can get carried away and some slap peaks might damage the Kab ? 
Is it safe to play the Bass through a Kabinet (non-powered) ?

I remember Reading somewhere that Christoph Kemper himself recommends not playing bass through the Kabinet. The reason is that the construction of the cabinet is not rigid enough to handle the low end. The Kones can handle bass guitar though. I have a 4x12 cab with Kones and play bass through it with no issues. At low volumes I doubt you would blow anything, but you just might not get the best results. Good luck.
