I know it's basic. I would still like to have one though!
Metronome Possible?

+1 for a simple metronom

Another +1

What an excellent idea!

Guys, seriously, when the hell do you need a metronome built in? In studio or live, if you need, you get the click from the board. For headphone home practicing you can hook up the computer (you're all using backing tracks, isn't?)

sorry to disagree guys, let's keep the Kemper as simple as possible with out needless cluttering.
If you need a metronome just go to:
-
I am with Guitarnet70 and Ace on this one.
-1 (IMHO, it'd be a useless addition)

Hi!
Noooo In order to improve your timing and for technical routines It's better a metronome than backing or drum tracks. The fewer things you need to switch on for practice, the better.

feature request are obviously getting out of hand...

Out of hand maybe but i want a drinks dispenser.

*sigh*

*sigh*
No need to sigh, my friend.
Your feature request maybe of big importance to you and it's understood. It is just that there are several ways to cover that feature and we'll need all available space and the Kemper Team's focus on upgrades and goodies that are more necessary at this point.

Old thread here, but yeah...
I was googling for Kemper metronome for a reasonI would LOVE to have a simple metronome, so I can shut off my damn PC for a minute and actually concentrate on playing instead of having a metronome running and other stuff that grabs my attention all the time on PC.
I play with a metronome A LOT and I'm sure other people too. -
With the new aux in feature why not just plug in a metronome (or better still...some groovy beat from an MP3 player) and listen this way? Just a thought...
I currently run a continuous backing track of applause and screaming adulation through the KPA as I play but a steady beat might be more useful upon reflection... -

Please... save the word "Genius" for more genious things, or maybe for Cliff.
Although this is probably the reason why 'aliasing' never bothered me.
I use this tape all over really - although I have had objections when I've used it in the bedroom... still, the tape helps to drown out the horrified screams.
That one maybe won't make it into the Wikpa... -
there are free smart phone metronome apps....
