Just got a 1x12 Thiele cab and put a Celestion F12-x200 in it and it’s really, really good. Such a great tone in a small, portable package. Had been using a 2x12 and it was too much and heavy. Makes a perfect on stage monitor while running the Kemper rack to the board. The guy who made my 2x12 makes the Thiele (original specs, not the bigger Mesa version).

I bought a vertical slant 2x12 from him a couple years ago that I used with my Dr. Z Therapy. The Thiele I bought fully finished in black tolex, the vertical 2x12 I bought unfinished and stained myself, and veneered the front to match the Dr. Z.

I have put the Thiele 1x12 on an Ultimate Support AMP-150 Ultra Compact Amp Stand to lean it back toward my head instead of aimed at my ankles. You do lose some bass response with the cab not on the floor, but its more "airy" like an open back when uncoupled from the floor.
