The underlaying issue is not Rig Manager, it is your old macOS version. You need to open Safari and point the browser to:
Then, you'll get an error message because 10.9.5 does not accept the certificate used on our website (technically it doesn't like the one Cloudflare is using). You need to show the certificate and select "Always trust". After doing so, Rig Manager will connect again. As you can see this is not an issue with our software, it is an issue with the old operating system you're using.
