How to run Guitar cab & Monitors at same time?

Hello! New to the Kemper and i am trying to figure out how i can run my 4x12 friedman cab with cab sims off AND use the monitor out going to my iMac/Audio interface and have cab sims turned on for recording and playing late at night.

Still trying to figure out all the features and settings on this thing so if anyone could walk me thru what i need to do step by step, I would really appreciate it.

Also, Monitor Out is the correct output to use when running to my UA Apollo Twin audio interface for recording on my mac?

Monitor Cab off function is available for the Monitor out which shares the same signal to the speaker out.

I would use the Direct out or the Main Outs for recording with Cab sim and playing late at night.

Note that sometimes the check boxes for some of the setting can appear backwards....like you have to tick the box for it to be off ....seems weird but that's Kemper Weird !

I would use Main Out for recording or SPDIF if your interface allows.
