I just noticed. When I turn it around and shake it, there is a lose screw inside there. I think it's smaller than a screw, more like a washer or something.. Is it something I can fix myself? I't would be pretty much hassle for me to send it back for such a small thing, given that the post office is pretty far from my apartment and shipping costs and the annoyance of packaging it. Time consuming and all that.. I'm sure it's a quick fix, but not sure if it would void the warranty...
Something's lose inside my Remote

Another user had the same issue and contacted support. They allowed em' to open it up and retrieve the part.
-
Ok that's good news. I opened up a ticket, awaiting for their reply.. I don't think much can be damaged on such a simple remote, by opening it up, so I hope I can do the same.
-
Yeah, wait for their response, good on ya for creating the ticket firstly. I don't see any reason why it would be any different for you.
-
EDIT: --nevermind--

Do you know what user was given green light to open it up himself? I got an answer from Kemper now, saying that it will break warranty. This is so typical my luck!!!!!

Keem, listen to support and follow their advice, they are the only ones that will give you the correct solution/answer.

Thanks a lot.. The support sent me a how-to video on how to unscrew it. But they warned me that if I broke any electronics I would void the warranty.. I took my chances now and unscrewed it very carefully. I am really happy I did, because there was a big screw lose in there crashing in to everything.. It was the ethernet circuit board screw.. I carefully fastened it again with a snug tightness, and now it's fixed. Didn't void my warranty

Nicely done keem85

There ya go, thanks for heads up and glad I could help out (if I did lol)! You did the heavy lifting and followed correct procedures man! Time to enjoy your remote to it’s full potential now!

I have the same problem and have raised a ticket. Was it an easy procedure?
