Rig Navigation Cross Not Functioning Properly

My rig navigation cross on the front panel of my Kemper will no longer move between slots in performance mode. It will go to the left but not to the right. Has anyone else experienced this? How can I affect a repair on this? I am at firmware version 5.5.2.13463

Is this a problem just in Performance Mode and only of the right button?
What about the Up button?
Does the Right button work in Browser Mode to for example step through the Rigs?
Or what if you open the browser page (BROWSE knob) in Performance Mode and then press the Right button? Does it move to the next column?

I have tried it in both Performance Mode and Browser Mode and only the "Right" button on the Rig Navigation Cross does not function. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Seems hardware related unfortunately. As far as I can see, your support ticket is already work in progress.
