Drop a mail to Support on the main Kemper site, they are going to be able to sort you out. Otherwise you can order from Sweetwater

I got mine from Sweetwater. You don't pay sales tax or shipping. Plus you have live tech support if you need it.

California Vintage Guitar & Amps, JRR Shop, Noisebug, Westlake Pro Audio, Gear Orphanage, Perfect Circuit Audio in the L.A area. Bananas at Large up in the bay area.
