1) New reverbs and setting (especially spring) ;

2) Parametric Eq in the global and monitor output ;
3) Improved effects and profiles storage (Locking the Effect type and browsing only presets based on that algorithm) ;

4) An editor software ;

All of the things you've suggested already have other posts that suggest them. It's more productive if you go and 'like' those posts (so the devs can see which requests are most popular) than starting a new thread.
