Update help needed

Hi Guys

I updated the firmware of my Kemper to the latest (beta) release.
Last week during rehearsels I noticed I had some strange issues with my Kemper remote and with the Misssion EP-1. I use one of the switches to switch the loop on and off (Leslie pedal) and the Mission, which is setup as a volume pedal, gave me a wah wah randomly without me switching it on.
I realised I did the update of the Kemper without the Remote attached. Can that cause problems? If so, how van I solve this problem?
Any other suggestions for these problems?

I think you have to check the pedal settings in the system menue and you have to calibrate the pedals new. There is a bug with pedal calibration in the beta but support is working on it.
