Impossible to install new delay demonstration into the Kemper

I follow the procedure but the Kemper offers to format or to mack a back up only.

Yes, import/export only works in browse mode.

Im trying to import the delays, but when I select Import appears " No import Necessary ". I formatted the pen couple of times just in case, and put the presets into the shared folder, but the kemper seems is not recognizing the folder or presets .
