No I don't have any updating issues per se, just was noting that the USB stick formatting "workaround" still seems necessary, at least it is for me and apparently for some others. But not a big deal....

Hello. New here, just found this thread.
I bought my first Kemper two days ago (secondhand). Seemed to work well.
Today I plugged a formatted USB-stick in, pushed "Yes" when asked if I want to format it. Kemper froze. As no button seemed to work, I had to pull the power cord off the socket.
Now, when I try to start Kemper - it does absolutely nothing. No sign of life. Any suggestions what to do?

Check power cable. That issue has nothing to do with formatting USB-sticks.
