I know there has to be a way to do this, but for the life of me I cannot figure out how. I know this feature is useful to some, but I do not want this on, it only annoys me. When I roll my expression pedal / Volume all the way back, the tuner graphic covers my performance on my remote. I do not care to tune my guitar everytime I turn my volume knob down, instead I'd rather see my performance slots so I can see what what I'm doing! I play in a very unplanned environment where it is important for me to have several sounds available to me at any given time. When I roll back my volume and look down at my remote to see what rig I want to move to next, I can no longer see them. I have to remember what I saved into what slot. I would love to be able to turn this feature off. If I really want to tune, I'll just press the tuner button. There must be a soft button somewhere in the Kemper to turn this off right?
I DO NOT want the tuner graphic on when my volume pedal is down!

Not AFAIK. You might consider using the Vol. pot on your guitar. I do not know whether it is possible to calibrate a pedal so that it does not "go down to zero", that might be a solution for you. However, it might also mean, that the volume isn't shut off completely.

I do have a Roland EV-5 and a Boss FV-500 H. Both have a potentiometer for min level. Calibration I made with Min-Poti to zero level.
I loose a little of the range but I can compensated this with the range of Volume.
I never have zero volume via Pedal and see not the tuner.A good tip is to mark the Min Position if the poti is moved during transport.

Try setting the range of the volume pedal to -4,9 in the rig menu.

I clicked "lock volume pedal" in the rig menu and it turned off that tuner function.

Thanks! I will try this later!

No, this alone will not do. Volume range must be set from -5 to -4.9.

hmmm...it worked for me this weekend. Tuner only turned on when I hit the tuner button on the remote.
