    Yes, both Steve and Guthrie are painfully awesome. I say painfully because as a "new" guitar player, I don't know if I will ever attain proficiency to give their songs justice. It's taken me a good week to get the intro to Guthrie's "Waves" (Just the first 50 seconds), and while I have all the notes down, it's still a little shaky on execution. On the flip side, it's pretty exciting to feel like this all over again. I've been playing bass for so long that I can play most of the songs out there, but I feel like a total newbie (which I am) on guitar.

    Bass player here too. Feel like I'll forever be a noob on guitar and that it'll never be second-nature to me as it obviously is for these dudes.

    At least I can always slam down a power chord and revel in the awesome tube-ness of the KPA. :P
