in which way can I connect an analog "Hilton Pro Guitar" volume pedal

Hi guys,
in which way can I connect an analog "Hilton Pro Guitar" volume pedal
- to my Kemper or to my
- Profiler Remote
if this is possible at all.

So far
- I used input jack 2 at the back (direct connection of pedals..)
- went to System to configure "Pedals" within "System Settings" - "Pedal Type 2 = Volume"
- went to RIG "Volume Pedal Settings" - Location "Pre Effects", Range -5,0, Lock Vol Pedal
but.... nothing happens

Well, the last solution would be. Guitar - Hilton - Kemper-Input Front Side - but the result would be different. I'd like to have it "Pre Effects".

Do I need a digital expression Volume pedal - which one would you recommend?

What kind of cable did you use for connecting? Stereo (TRS) or mono (TS)?

guitar --> mono instrument cable --> hilton volume in
hilton out --> mono instrument cable --> kemper input jack 2 in
both TS mono; need a TRS?

If you want your volume pedal before the KPA (like you wrote above) go from hilton out to KPA input, not to the pedal inputs of the KPA. This way you're controlling how much signal of your guitar hits the KPA. If you want to control volume from within the KPA's signal chain your volume pedal should not be connected to your guitar but directly to the pedal inputs of the KPA. In this case I'm unfortunately nut sure how to connect it in detail. But I'm sure others will chime in. Good luck!
