Hey guys
Correct me if I'm wrong:
the only way to reamp with a wah or whammy is to put a real pedal in front of the Kemper; I can't use the wah in the Kemper, is that right?
Thanks
Matt

Hi Matt,
you can use the Wha and Whammy in the Profiler. You could even record the MIDI CC on your DAW so the Wah performance is the same on each reamped track.

Hi Hell G, you rock man, thanks
Could you tell me how to do that please? I've got midi in n out in my soundcard, so it should be doable (Roland Quad)
Midi out from the Kemper to Midi in in my soundcard?
And then, what should I do in my daw? What kind of track should I create? (I'm using Cubase 7)
Thanks a bunch -
Yeah, MIDI out Profiler to MIDI in Quad and vice versa. Create a MIDI track and set it to the MIDI channel your Profiler is set to. I'm using Logic, so i'm no help for Cubase, sorry.
-
Thanks again
Sorry for all my questions, but how can I know on which midi channel the profiler is set to? (I've never used midi)
Cheers -
SYSTEM settings page 9. MIDI Global Channel.

Brilliant, thanks !

You can draw a curve for CC to control the Wah in Cubase. 'Recording' was the wrong term, sorry.
-
I think "recording" is not the wrong term, because while tracking and moving the pedal the curve is "recorded" in Midi values at the same time. There's no need to draw a curve by hand.

Put your wah in the loop and use it like a mono loop in the stomp.
I do this with spdif reamping
