LEDs on the Remote not working SOLVED!!! Fantastic Support Kemper Team!

I've already filled out a support ticket on this; but since it's a weekend I thought I'd try here too:

I loaded 3.0.2 yesterday and hooked up the remote for the 1st time. Initially, the slot assignments didn't work correctly and only a couple of the slot positions would switch.

So, I performed a System Reset (after a backup), restored the backup, and tried again. Now the slot assignments work as expected,but.......

....now these are no LEDs working on the remote. The LCD works just fine, but not the LEDs. Before the system reset, the few foot switches that did anything had LEDs that worked. Now, nada.

Any ideas?

- LED intensity set to low value in the profiler itself? (check the settings) ?
- really used the original ethernet cable? (directly connected?)

I checked the LED settings in the Kemper, and that was it!

My remote reboot while change the values of brightness, contrast and white LED level from kemper.

hmm.. OK.. so it is reproduceable then? looks like a software bug.

Yes the problem is reproducible , this morning I returned to happen twice, If I play with the values of the parameters taking them to the maximum and minimum , happens.
