That's a beautiful guitar. If i lived in the us i would have gotten my translucent black prs 24 already (my dream guitar) considering those no interest deals (no such thing here). Congrats!
I've been a naughty, naughty, naughty boy... (eye candy CRaK included)

Sure will... although you probably don't want to listen to my hack Zz play. LoL!!!

It took me 5 minutes to find some profiles that tantalized! Not used to a 7 lb guitar! Well balanced, too. No neck dive.
I still may put my second set of custom wound Zhangbuckers in it that are being constructed/wound as we speak. Sounds great, but I can't help but try it with those, too. They are still THE best pickups I've ever played!!! 3 hours later, my freaking fingers are about to fall off!!!

Happy NGD

Wow, that's great to hear. Congratulations!
Did it sound the way you expected it to?
I found it super playable, and really liked the size and shape of the neck when I tried one. -

I LOVE that guitar! Stock pickups are great... But Zhangbuckers will drive it to Nirvana!
Good Lord that thing sustains for a half hour... Yet it's so light and comfortable. Definitely a different magic from Custom 24's and my SE Orianthi flame top. Every bit as high quality build as any Maryland PRS I've owned. Plays like butter. Bottom heavy 10's play like 9's on other guitars.
NGD has been a GREAT one!

Good, bad, it's all relative! I am actually thankful you made this post; I was able to snag the 36mo financing from Sweetwater yesterday, went with a PRS S2 as well- went with a different model, and I have to wait till sometime in May for it to be ready - but can't beat the price spread across 36 months! Cheers to that; gotta love the Built in the USA quality, for the way more budget friendly price!!
Cheers~

I wonder how the name came to be.
The latino guys on the soccer pitch usually say "mira" when they want to let you know they're open for a pass.
This guy also says "look at me", haha
-
I watched a video once where Paul Smith said it was named after a star, and the star was named by the guy who discovered it because apparently Mira means wonderful or astonishing in Latin.
BTW, I have one incoming as well, will post pics on arrival.

Thanks a lot for the Gas.... I may need a place to stay soon.... When the wife sees the delivery of the PRS cu 24 30th anniversary whale blue... Hope its worth it

I love the move to the S2 Series....the SE's were great and for Asian made guitars I was stunned at the quality. The Mira and Starla hold a special place for me in that Gibson vein. I needed to adjust my eyes to the beveled bodies since I've had so many smooth carved to PRSi and other flat bodies (Tele, SG, etc). Thanks for the shared GAS!!!! Enjoy it!!!

Just ordered myself a P24 Trem today after a good few weeks of contemplating! So that's the Kemper, the remote and a new guitar in the space of 3 months! Oooops!

Awesome! Congrats!

I tried to slow my gear whoring by insisting upon building some partscasters. I picked the whole setup and put myself in a hard situation to sell them. It worked....I'm playing them more...selling fewer guitars......I can tweak them with any parts I want at far less cost than buying a new fiddle. I do like the guitfiddles though
