Problem: Left output signal lower

Hello fellow Kemperers,

I'm not sure how long I've got this problem, and I'm not even sure if I've got this problem since I've got my Kemper, but here it is:

When I hook my Kemper up to a mixer I notice that my left signal is noticeably lower than my right.
And this is not right, of course.

Now I just gain my left signal a bit louder on the mixer, but this is not ideal in my opinion.
When I hook them up to the return (poweramp-in) of my Sessionette amps it's not possible to adjust just the left volume only unfortunately.

Is there anyone who has the same problem? Or ideas how to fix it?

Hi, I tried with jack cables and also XLR.
Both appear to have the same problem..
