as far as I know, no, there is no way.............

I think you have two choices
1st: delete rigs one by one
2nd: delete all rigs except favoritesIf you have 900 Rigs and you need e.g. 20 only. It is easer to mark the 20 Rigs as favorites and use option two.

If you are on a PC I can highly recommend 'Total Commander'! With this you can easily access KPA backups as if they were regular folders, select the rigs you don't want anymore and then just delete them. I do it this way regularly and find it to be the quickest method of all.
Hope this helps!

Just for clarification, after editing the KPA backup file... do you just restore the 'edited' backup file?
This would definitely seem like the easiest way to clean up un-used rigs.

Sure, sorry forgot to mention that step. After deleting the rigs in Total Commander you just take that backup file and restore it on your KPA. No need to unpack and repack it or similar as Total Commander can work directly on the backup file!

Total Commander works just fine, thanks for the tip. This will definitely help speed up the editing process.

7-zip does the same job, so if you have it already, no need to ds TC.
but kudos to mark for the hint -
Any great Mac solutions for deleting multiple rigs at once?
