How to download Rigs from the Rig Exchange

Hi, I'm trying to download Rigs from the Rig Exchange, and it is saying that it is a .kipr file. My computer does not recognise this. I've had a look in the manuals and can't see how to do it. Please can someone help?

The .kipr file is right. You have to put this in the rigs folder of a USB stick that has been formatted by the profiler first.
Please, it's all in the manuals.
