    Call it profiling or capturing, it's the same technology but with neutral's working better.

    Not a really a shame for Kemper, it is normal that technology gets better after 10 years and someone else finds a similar way to to things. But kemper has to improve profiling now.

    Otherwise, when the community of the quadcortex grows many people will switch to neural.

    They just relied on their 10 year old algorithms and now someone came up with a better working way.

    A nice feature of improvement would be to actually have the EQ react like the real amp's eq.

    ich muss hier nochmal hochholen.

    ich habe mir heute einen 2. Kemper (Power)Rack als Ersatz gebraucht aus einem Studio gekauft.

    Zu Hause ist mir dann aufgefallen, dass das Glas schon ziemlich deutliches Spiel hat, ich kann mit 2 Fingern die ganze scheibe ca. einen Milimeter nach oben bzw nach unten und links und rechts bewegen.

    Es ist auch bereits ein Staubkorn oder ähnliches darunter und klebt an der Scheibe.

    Mein anderer Kemper hat das nicht, bzw SEHR viel schwächer, so ,dass es mir bis heute nichtmal aufgefallen ist.

    Gibts da Chance auf Support, auch wenn ich kein Erstkäufer von diesem Gerät bin? Für ein Gerät mit einem Neupreis von 2100 € finde ich das absolut unmöglich...

    Sh*t you are right. Using a guitar cab with cab sim off.

    Seperate EQ and cab on/off option for speaker output and monitor output would be a nice feature to get in an update. Should be realizable pretty easy.

    Oh - ok.

    So I can not feed my in ear monitor system from the monitor out and my cabinet from the speaker out because when I change the volume for the cabinet, the volume for the in ear System changes as well, right? I would have to adjust the input gain of the in ear System everytime I change the cabinet volume.

    The direct outputs are going straight to FOH, so they are already used.

    Any suggestions?

    Bringing this up again.

    The answers were that there is an extra EQ for the monitor. The unpowered Kemper has this as well.

    But is there an extra EQ for the speaker output of the power rack? It should be adjustable because when you use different cabs, the sound can be very different, especially the presence and resonance.

  • Manche Gitarren und manche Profiles sind wie Hund und Katze.

    Kann ich bestätigen, deshalb habe ich auch nur noch 3 (unterschiedliche) Gitarren, damit bekomm ich alles hin.

    Das Meueldijk Pack vom Friedman BE 100 ist mein absolutes Lieblings RigPack und mit meiner Gibson LesPaul Standard mein "Hauptamp"!

    In ihr stecken ein BareKnuckle Holydiver an der Bridge und ein BareKnuckle Nantucket P90 am Hals. Und letzterer zeigt mit diesen Profiles so richtig was er kann: Mega dynamisch, von fettem Lead Sound bis runtergedreht Strat-artiger Clean Sound am Neck. Einfach Genial.

    Sobald ich aber meine Gitarre mit EMG 81 nehme klingen die Meulendijk Profile viel zu dumpf, wie mit ner Decke drüber. Keine Chance, die Gitarre geht nur mit Profiles, die auch mit EMG 81 erstellt wurden, aber dann so richtig.

    Die Ritter hat Leistung nach meinen Wünschen. Aber klein würde ich das jetzt nicht mehr unbedingt nennen^^ und gute 2 KG gewicht sind auch mehr als ich möchte. OK, dafür ist das Netzteil integriert. Dennoch wäre ein kleines Gerät mit externem Netzteil für meine Pläne besser.

    400 Euro ist natürlich auch eine Ansage, da hätte ich mir auch den Kemper mit Endstufe holen können :D

  • Kleiner Poweramp für Kemper

    Hallo,

    ich baue etwas um und möchte meine 1HE Rack-Endstufe mit einem kleinen Poweramp wie den EHX Magnum 44 ersetzen. Problem bei diesem oder auch dem Mooer Baby Bomb ist halt, dass sie ab 10 Uhr oder so anfangen zu anzuzerren und haben somit nicht genügend Leistung bzw Headroom.

    Gibt es irgendwas mit mehr Leistung, das auch bei lautem Metaldrummer noch Clean bleibt? Das Seymour Duncan-Teil färbt wohl auch etwas und ist auch nen Tick zu groß.

    Camplifier mit 25 Watt sollte logischerweise auch zu wenig sein.

    Es muss nur Mono sein!

  • Keep tapped Tempo when switching rigs?

    Hi,

    I'm in performance mode -

    when i use a rig, for example rythm(slot1) , and tap a tempo, then change to clean rig with delay (slot2) - the tempo is not kept. the tempo of the clean rig is the tempo of the rig menu.

    How can i keep the tapped tempo? I just want to keep it in the current perfomance. when i change to another perfomance, i need the pre-set tempo from the rig menu for this perfomance.
