In 2023, I encountered a repair issue.
The power supply of my profiler malfunctioned, and I contacted the current authorized dealer. They refused to repair it, using the excuse that the product was sold by the previous dealer. I then reached out to Kemper company, but they told me to contact the dealer instead... It was a ridiculous cycle.

Eventually, I had no choice but to seek out a private technician for the repair. Fortunately, the problem was resolved.
