Saw the teaser on Twitter and FB today. Not sure if you're still open to suggestions for the Floor Unit(my hunch is you've already figured out the direction you want to take with it), but here are some things I would appreciate:
-the absence of an attached expression pedal
-scribble strips
-more than 4 effect buttons
-ability to run two profiles in stereo
Super excited and best of luck as you prepare for launch!

Just stopping in for my bi-monthly request for a floor unit. Thanks!

Floor Unit!
Just in case it hasn't been suggested...

It's been time for years.

Think of it like this: The Nissan GTR is an incredible vehicle. All wheel drive, twin turbo...and so on. I have seen a couple of them in excess of 2,000 horsepower. I bring my case to Nissan and say "hey, I can't afford a GTR. How about you guys make a cheap version". Their response is the 370Z. Sporty, fun to drive, NOT all wheel drive twin turbo, NOT a GTR.
While I appreciate and identify with your love of high-octane fun, this is not a suitable analogy. In the event where one pleads their case to Christoph and says "Hey, I love Kemper but I can't afford one. Please make a cheaper one"..
..Where Nissan would direct you to another Nissan product, Christoph would either say "no" or suggest moving onto L6, Fractal or Atomic. There is no Kemper alternative within the Kemper family.

How big is P&W really? I had never heard of it until this forum. It’s definitely not my bag but I understand there must be others who are into it I just don’t know how many that is in reality. Is a a big thIng?
It's actually huge. I've seen and met more gearheads from the P&W genre than any other. I play P&W, but my personal preferences lean towards hard rock, classic rock and country. Yet, when I play P&W, spillover across multiple patches per song is not only required and common, but it is also considered a genre standard. I totally get that most genres can get away with spillover in just the Kemper DEL and REV sections without any issues, but in many P&W songs, delays both before and after the Amp/Cab section together, both with full spillover.... well, the resulting sounds are heavenly (lame pun intended)! Kemper seems to only be picking up steam in the P&W world with more and more high-profile players employing them. Just a testament to the amazing product that the Kemper team has created.

Kemper Rack, unpowered
Prefer the unit go to a Canadian for the sake of shipping/customs/whatnot
$2200 CADI will cover shipping up to $50 CAD
-excellent condition
-latest firmware
-taken out of rack case only for these photos
-never been in smoking environment
-comes with box, power cable, manual-only issue is that the red plastic button that sticks out of the "main output ground lift" popped out and I vacuumed it up (see attached photo). I've got another one on the way from Kemper USA.
Please PM with additional questions

Preacher , considering getting a DT Whammy and analog compressor as well. What order do you figure is best to place them in? I know both compressors and pitch shifters are encouraged to go pretty early in the signal chain, at least *traditionally.

Burkhard I've been chatting with several other Kemper users. Would this be something we could respectfully ask you to reconsider? Just for flexibility's sake? Cheers.

I have a delay in Stomp D a LOT for that delay in front of the amp sound. I would love to have spillover for that.
Lombardi FTW!!!

I appreciate the engagement my dudes. Looking forward to 6.0. We Kemperites are a resilient bunch and will conquer all!

Burkhard and Monkey_Man, thank you for your responses. Much appreciated.
Can you give a practical example where a combination of more than two delay/reverb types are required simultaneously and all need to spillover?
That will be super handy, awesome! I will do my best to come up with a practical example that I regularly am faced with:
Currently, in my REV module, I have my base Hall Verb. For the type of music I play live, it's important to have another reverb available to stack onto the Hall Verb. Currently, the only way to do this, that I am aware of, and to have that cumulative reverb sound spillover is to place a dual or multi delay in the DEL module and adjust parameters to make it wash/smear to the point where it almost sounds like a reverb. Whatever you want to call it, it sounds really good the way it is. The problem is that I also like to use a 1/4, 1/8 or dot 8th delay as well, but I'm now limited to Stomps A to MOD, which as you say, do not spillover. I regularly employ 3-5 slots in any song, so when I do this, the trails of any delays I've programmed into A to MOD are cut off numerous times in the same song.
This leads me to make this feature request more concise: would it be possible for Kemper to make delay spillover available to Stomps A through MOD?
However, if I were to put myself in your shoes, the counter argument would be "In OS 6.0, the reverbs will be so good that you shouldn't need to use a delay in DEL to simulate an ambient verb." In which case, I look forward to this and salute all of your hard work.

Speaking of John Mayer tone... this might help you get there:

Hope it helps!

I have an RJM Mastermind GT22 Midi Controller for Kemper. Delay/Verb spillover from the "Delay" and "Reverb" blocks are attainable upon selecting a new preset on Mastermind GT. When placing a Delay in any other slot, spillover trails are cut off. Attached is an image of correspondence from rjmmusic encouraging me to make a feature request here.
Thanks for your consideration,
DC

DPreston still looking? I just listed mine in CL last night. Honestly, you can find a better deal if you're patient. It's priced based on the fact that it's my only guitar rig and I'll probably just get another one when I'm a little less busy. Cheers.
