The problem is not missing delay/reverb effects, it is that no effects work when placed in the DLY/REV modules on certain profiles. Can I send the profile to one of you so you can check?
please open a ticket using the contact form in the support section of the Kemper website. Make sure to log into your user account before using the contact form and select product support inquiry as the feedback type.

have you checked the DLY+REV Routing parameter in the rig menu?

there are several authorized service centers across the US. If the LA one is busy you can have the unit repaired in the main service center in Colorado. If you already opened a ticket you will be forwarded to the team in Colorado.

I don’t use many effects so that’s a plus.
Can a take a profile from a performance and load it into the player?
you need to transfer the rig from the performance to the local library in Rig Manager. From there you can load it into any of the 50 memory locations on the Player.
You might want to optimize the rig for the Player in regards to the effects that are being used. The amp and cab parameters will transfer without any changes.

The Player can store 50 rigs. Since the number of simultaneous effects in a rig is limited to 4 in the Player and the selection of available effects is smaller you might have to modify some of your rigs if they use more than 4 effects and/or effects that are not included in the Player. The Rotary speaker effect type is available in the Player.

a program change is indicated by the # icon in the Profiler. If you see the SE icon it means you are sending system exclusive commands like you mentioned in your original post.
Please open a ticket using the contact form in the support section of the Kemper website and send us the Cubase song so we can recreate your scenario.

in your original post you are mentioning that you are sending Sysex. And the fact that you see the SE icon supports that you are sending Sysex.
Program changes are a different command type and are represented by a different icon (#).
-
to change rigs you either need to send program change or control change commands.

you can change the behaviour of the slot switches in the system menu.
here is the corresponding quote from the manual
The default functionality of the Rig Buttons 1-5 of the Remote and Stage is to trigger Morphing; however, you may prefer to use them for reloading the current Rig/Slot in its original state. To select this behavior , disengage the global “Rig Button Morph” option, located in the System Settings.

page 125 in the manual explains how to assign functions to the switches

versuch mal testweise den Profiler im Device Manager sowohl im Bereich "Audio Ein- und Ausgänge" als auch unter "Sound, Video und Game Controller" zu deinstallieren und starte danach den Profiler und den Rechner neu.

What is the value of the distortion sens parameter in the input menu?
-
is anything locked in your Profiler? The locking only becomes active once you leave Profiling mode.

All facts I'm aware of, but still doesn't tell me if it eliminates the buzz. For giggles, lets say I pony up for a DC7 and a Crux, that's 2000ma of power through a grounded pedal power supply. Will it eliminate the buzz? Or say I buy the 9V 25000mAH battery from Mission Engineering, plenty of power and longevity, will that eliminate the buzz?
a grounded power supply will get rid of the buzz
