Ich noch mal.
Gestern Abend bei der Probe hatte ich dieses Erlebnis wieder. Nicht sehr schön.
Kennt das jemand und weiß vielleicht Abhilfe?

graoully “restore Rig Manager content“ does not apply to the Profiler. It restores a backup of the Rig Manager database.
Please open a support ticket for the „damaged“ message.
Korrekt. Wenn Du Expression Pedals oder Switches am Stage benutzt, kontrolliere die Assignments am Rack nach dem Restore. Hier können wegen der unterschiedlichen Ausstattungen von Stage und Rack Abweichungen vorliegen.
Spantik7000 Did you try and use the Calibration for the switch on the setup page?
The toe switch does not need excessive pressure to engage. I have seen broken switches on the EP1, after users stepped very hard on the pedal to get a tactile click (which the unlatching switch does not have).
Jallipapp Das Backup/Restore funktioniert nur per USB Stick. Wenn Du die Backup Funktion des Rug Managers benutzt hast, hast Du ein Backup der Rig Manager Daten erstellt. Der Restore überschreibt die Datenbank des RM.
theplayer Good to hear this 👍🏻
What was the solution?
Ok. It seems the Remote does something here. As it does not happen without the Remote connected, l think we need to investigate further. Please open a support ticket.
In the System Menu I turned each Pedal off but its still there.
All six pedals are off now?
flyingheelhook In the System menu, Pedal Settings. The page shows the bargraphs for Pitch, Wah, Volume and Morph.
flyingheelhook Please reconnect the Remote. Does one of the bargraphs in the Pedals Section fluctuate? If so, set Pedals 3-6 Modes to Off. It seems like the Remote generates a controller value that causes the issue.
flyingheelhook Does it happen when you unplug the Remote?
theplayer When the Profiler screen says ,Not Plugged‘ it indicates that there is no plug in Pedal 1 Input.
What is the connection you established? Did you use a TRS cable? Please provide more details.
theplayer You must connect the pedal with a TRS cable from the Pedal Input on the Profiler to the Expression Output of the pedal.
Surely this wouldn’t make any difference as the problem happens even on headphones?
If the Power Kabinet was running it may have influenced the perception through headphones.
flyingheelhook Your Monitor Volume is set to maximum 0.0 dB. Please set it to minimum. Turn the Volume Control on your Power Kabinet fully clockwise. Increase the Monitor Volume on the Profiler slowly.
Did you check all cables in use?
Do the same guitar and cable work okay with a different amp?
Is an expression pedal connected to the Profiler and/or Remote? Is any cable connected to a Pedal input on the Profiler and/or Remote?
Im new to the Kemper. Just bought one new in the box A few days ago. When I went to do its first update It gets to about 84% and locks up the rig mgr and the profiler. And i get this msg on the unit.
Tried it twice now, same results. Any Idea how to fix it? Not off to a very good start with this thing.
Please open a support ticket. The link is in my signature.
flyingheelhook Did you dial down the Volume Knob on the Power Kabinet and are running the Profiler with high Output Volume? This can trigger the Monitor Output Limiter in the Profiler.
What exactly are your settings?
Damael Please set the Interval 1 and 2 to User Scale 1 and User Scale 2 (if you want to use 2 different scale settings) by turning the corresponding Soft Knobs. See the Main Manual, pages 242 and 244.
The Edit User Scale button will become active.
Would love to see the feature where you can save presets under individual pedals and effects. Called user presets possibly . Where it says Load type/Load default could say Load User Preset then your saved setting can appear. I know you can lock the effects but this would be a great way to quickly access your settings without having to start from scratch again each time .
You can save presets of all settings in the modules of the Profiler. Please see the manual for details.
TheSystem Thank you, Brian. 😃
I‘m glad I could help.
