Where to find replacement for the volume encoder

    Hi.

    I accidentally broke the shaft on the volume encoder on my toaster. KPA support is helpful, but they can only supply a complete circuit board, which is quite expensive. Is there anyone who knows the correct values, specs or where to buy the encoder needed, please let me know.

    Warranty ? If not, open it up and take a look (if you're handy) and

    see if you can find some text / number on the encoder ...
