Re-install RM, worth a try?

I searched but did not see anything regarding this question.

All OS’s and versions are updated to current. Mac OS.
I’m having multiple problems with RM. Some of them I see posted on this forum (copy/paste functions, saving in performances, re-ordering performances, etc) so I’m wondering if installing a fresh version of RM will cure some of these problems? I have not done a install for years, only updates.

Also, I’m having midi problems I’ll address elsewhere but I’m wondering if RM makes changes to the Profiler using midi over the usb cable? I’m wondering if so, is it creating conflicts with my othe midi devices sending data to the Kemper.
